Manage social software guidelines and applications for library system in partnership with Communications manager. Manage Facebook, Twitter, and Flickr accounts for the library. Coordinate team of librarians and supervise two full-time software trainers who write and teach basic computer and bibliographic instruction curriculum in eight libraries. Planned, coordinated and conducted both in-center and client-site training. Provided training in over 30 different computer software and internet courses to groups of 10 to 24 adult learners. Received Trainer of the Month Award for both February 2001 and April 2001.
